Firstly, I have to say I was very satisfied with the product packaging and most importantly nothing was missing that I needed to assemble the unit with. But if you are not tech savvy, you will have a hard time installing this unit. You will have to rely on common sense because the manual will not assist you in any way. Because of that I took away a star for the inconvenience. Other than that, the a/c and heat on it works great.
