The box was fine, but the mirror was smashed and the wood on the vanity was slightly cracked. They will only allow us to buy an additional mirror at our expense. I know 30 days is Amazon policy, but I thought a "high end" product would have better warranty from the manufacturer side. Two things to note about the product itself:1) It is very sturdy. Even without the top it is impossible to get it to sway left or right, it feels like one solid piece.2) It is very tall. Much taller than a normal vanity. My kids were almost tall enough with the old sink to get by without a step stool, this will put that milestone back a few years. Standard is 32 inches, this is nearly 36. It makes a smallish bathroom feel smaller. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ So Pretty *by D***M on Reviewed in the United States on October 23, 2018* I love this vanity. The antique black is nice, and the hardware is very pretty. It was VERY well packaged. I would have given five stars, the only reason I did not. 1. The drawers do not work well at all and I am going to have to do some modification to make them work well.
