I wear it 24/7, through showers, exercise, sleep, and so on...The bracelet is incredibly light, stylish, and rugged - you barely know it's there until someone asks about it. The clasp is neat, very secure, and actually, a little fun to play with since it's a sort of screw mechanism that you can twist :) I'm especially a fan of the twisted rope style and material. My only gripe is with the slight discomfort that comes from placing my wrist on a desk, or table, while the clasp is positioned at the underside of my wrist.
