The color selection is excellent and they worked out perfectly for the craft project I have completed so far. The pieces are uniformly cut and easy to use. Review: Excellent basic kit of mosaic tiles for starting your personal set - I picked these up to start my own home set of tiles after taking a class. I recommend these for being the best value on desertcart I could find. These tiles are good quality, consistent, general use mosaic tiles with no defective or broken pieces. Almost all are exact squares, with just the odd few with one odd angled side. Most of the colors are pure and opaque; some, like the gray, which is a blend of white and black, have some subtle swirls and have gradation along light-to-dark with a few of them venturing into green or violet. And the green-yellows have a bit of swirl in them. A pretty even set along all colors, the batch I got had probably fewest pure reds and true greens, but the inclusion of pinks, ivories, and two tones of red as well as the variations in the gray were a nice surprise, and will be very useful. I gave them a quick water rinse in a veggie net before sorting them, which is generally good practice to remove glass dust and keep your space clean. Tile thickness is just shy of 1/8 inch thick, and tile size is 3/4" square. I have found that this is one of two "standard" sizes in precut mosaic squares; the other is 1/2" square (from cutting of 1 inch square standards into 4 pieces) with the same thickness. Having these two types will give you the most variety if you like working with precut square tiles in mosaic. ## Features - 4 shapes of mosaic - These mosaic tiles come with 4 shapes, Diamond+Triangle+ Square+Rectangle - Great variety in colors - More than 25 bright colors mixed in the package - Pre-cut mosaic glass pieces - just get fun on mosaic crafts - Package includes: 25 once of mosaic, approx.1050 pieces tiles - Lanyani - your professional Mosaic Supplies ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07T88F8B2 | | Additional Features | Frost Resistant, Moisture Resistant | | Best Sellers Rank | #4,241 in Arts, Crafts & Sewing ( See Top 100 in Arts, Crafts & Sewing ) #3 in Mosaic Tiles | | Brand | Lanyani | | Brand Name | Lanyani | | Color | Mix (Opaque) | | Coverage | 1.34 square feet | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 2,815 Reviews | | Edge Type | Square Edge | | Finish Type | Polished | | Finish Types | Polished | | Form Factor | Mosaic tiles with Diamond, Triangle, Square, and Rectangle shapes and 3/8 inch thickness | | Installation Method | Glue Down | | Item Thickness | 0.38 inches | | Item Type Name | Mosaic Tiles | | Item Weight | 0.7 kg | | Manufacturer | Lanyani | | Manufacturer Part Number | SVE00002669 | | Manufacturer Warranty Description | Not for children under 5 years old. | | Material | Glass | | Material Type | Glass | | Model Number | SVE00002669 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Pattern | Triangle,Square | | Recommended Uses For Product | crafting, mosaic art projects, home decoration | | Shape | Square, Rectangle, Diamond and Triangle | | Size | Small | | Style | Art Deco | | Style Name | Art Deco | | Unit Count | 1050 Count | | Water Resistance Level | Water Resistant | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Lanyani - **Color:** Mix (Opaque) - **Finish Type:** Polished - **Installation Type:** Glue Down - **Item Weight:** 0.7 kg - **Material:** Glass - **Pattern:** Triangle,Square - **Shape:** Square, Rectangle, Diamond and Triangle - **Size:** Small - **Style:** Art Deco ## Images ![1050 Pieces Mixed Shapes Glass Mosaic Tiles for Crafts, Colorful Stained Glass Pieces for Mosaic Projects - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71wia0ktCpL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Dimensions of rectangular tiles** A: Small no bigger than 1.5x1.5 inch. **Q: Can these be used outdoors on a stepping stone?** A: that is exactly what I bought them for but my project still needs to be sealed and has never been outside so can't say how they hold up but they should **Q: Can the insufficient quantity be made up? Please send me rectangle, thank you!** A: I don't think so. I believe we get what we get and that it's random. **Q: Can these be used in a kiln w/ other glass?** A: I think melting it is the point of the Kiln.
