I am working with a natural health care practitioner to detox gently as my methylation pathways are not very efficient. My husband, two of my friends and I have used the machine and we all came away with completely different colors in the water. I have had no trouble operating the unit, even though it comes with the typical instruction book from a foreign company that is either written or translated very poorly. I still don't quite understand the use of the different modes. I just recommend going online and reading about the results one would get on one of the many available informative sites.
