I wear one under my garden gloves and dish washing gloves and any other job that requires hand protection, such as rubber gloves for scrubbing most anything elseIf you shake a little talcum powder into your rubber glove, put the glove liner on your hand and it will slip into the rubber (or what ever type These gloves are a life saver for me. I wear them (one) every day. Could not do any household chore without them. My arthritic right hand is deteriorating as arthritic sufferers do. This is my second order for 2 packages. Have been machine washing them in cold H2O, and allowing them to air dry, my husband dries them in the dryer and it doesn't seem to affect them negatively.. I give them to everyone who gives me a "hand" with my gardening chores,and they all make positive comments. My supply was dwindling, but my chores are not. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the glove liners.
