My complaint is about how I received it. I don’t want to sound snooty, after all I did order this as an open box item. But since it’s a bedding item I would have preferred it came in something a little more sanitary and professional than stuffed in a ripped black leaf bag! 🙄 I find it strange that Amazon doesn’t take back used mattresses but yet I obviously received a bedding item that’s extremely questionable?
