Very thick, and great material. I prefer using these over the silicone/rubber resistance bands and these ones don’t slide up in the middle of my workouts. Another plus is these can be used on my skin and not hurt when it slides up like the silicone ones do. I have bigger thighs and the plastic loops always roll up. These stay put and provide a good amount of resistance. I will say that the “light” resistance band is closer to a “hard” resistance plastic loop. I use the medium when I want to go the extra mile. The hard resistance is still in the plastic wrapping.
