Now the guard won't stay in place. They're also pretty hot and sweaty.On the plus side, they protected well while they lasted and the company that shipped them was on the ball. The braces are contoured to the shape of the hands, so you don't even feel you have them on. There is no way you can bend your wrist with this thing on. I love it. I already fell on my left hand once, bent my fingers backwards, but the wrist did not even move. I suppose I should relearn to close my fingers when I fall? It is a natural instinct to spread your fingers when falling. But because your wrist will not give, all weight will be on the fingers. Ouch.
