The first was lovely and easy to install. The second came with missing mounting parts. To get replacement parts was a hassle, and the process isn’t complete yet. Hoping it all works out, because the chandeliers are great. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Looks great, burn bright *by L***A on Reviewed in the United States on November 19, 2020* Looks great in my stairway area.
