This thing works really well at reducing my toe pain. I've been wearing it around the house and while I sleep. I'm surprised at how comfortable it is to wear. Initially, I was worried that the metal support would be uncomfortable, but it's not at all. The fabric is soft and comfortable on my skin. It allows my foot to breath, so it doesn't sweat. The velcro works great to customize the fit. I especially like the velcro on the big toe. One tip that's very important is to start slow with how long you wear it. The first day, I tried to wear it all day and my foot hurt more rather than less. So the next day, I wore it for an hour and then increased it by an hour every few days. After 2 weeks, I'm wearing it all night long and half of the day without any pain. I can also see and feel a marked difference. My feet are thrilled that I finally gave in and bought this.
