The active ingredients are Methyl Salicylate (Oil of Wintergreen) 28%, Menthol 8.8%, and Camphor 2.8%. At these levels it’s eye-wateringly strong, so don’t apply it anywhere on or near your face for that reason. On sore muscles it’s a marvel. I use it for pain due to peripheral neuropathy. The Wintergreen or Methyl Salicylate is probably doing most of the work; it is chemically similar to aspirin and therefor a great topical anti inflammatory. The Menthol & Camphor are cooling and soothing as well. It takes about 20 minutes to really start working. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ replaced pain buster II. for me *by Q***6 on September 4, 2019* They stop making pain buster. But this is even stronger. I love it. Please don't stop making it. Makes my life bearable.
