A: Hi , I am afraid that we didn't do that before cause it's a daily backpack only , however we think it tough enough for hacving some weight plates ,but i am not sure how much it can take , you can try and contact us after that . 
BTW ,This backpack itself weight 1.5kg . 
Small Tips : you can sew tight the shoulder strape and the carry strape so that  you can put more plates you want .

A very good quality rucksack, so good I bought the larger size too. The quick release adjustable magnetic straps are so good while outdoors, allowing quick access to the contents of the bag. It is not as big as I'd have hoped and also the canvas is quite stiff due to the waterproofing treatment, i can only hope it will soften with use and also how small it actually is when you'd expect a bag that looks like this to be nice and big, It is however suitable for my needs but certainly not a bottomless bag like my trusty old wenger bag I had for over 10 years, However this bag does indeed feel like it will last even longer. Very durable, Reccomended if you are not too fussed about size. The side pockets are okay for small water bottles but do not fit my large water bottles.
