Review: Excellent - Excellent fit and leak proof. Very happy customer. Review: Always disceet - These are excellent for light incontinent ladies. You don’t feel as if you’re wearing them and certainly not for incontinent issues. I have been wearing another well known brand but always felt like they could be seen under my clothes but these pants are great, and they fit over my tummy. I am retired and over 70. Comfort and practicality are my most important issues. ## Features - Absorbent incontinence underwear that always ship discreetly ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00LTK2WJ2 | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Age range (description) | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | 12,615 in Health & Personal Care ( See Top 100 in Health & Personal Care ) 143 in Protective Briefs & Underwear | | Brand | Always Discreet | | Brand Name | Always Discreet | | Colour | Purple | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 39,268 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00037000927358, 10037000927355 | | Incontinence Protector Type | Adult Diaper | | Incontinence protector type | Adult Diaper | | Item Dimensions | 30.2 x 46.8 x 21.6 centimetres | | Item Weight | 454 g | | Lining Description | Cotton | | Manufacturer | Always | | Manufacturer Part Number | 37000927358 | | Material | Cotton | | Material Type | Cotton | | Material Type Free | Alcohol Free | | Model Number | 10037000927355 | | Number of Items | 57 | | Number of items | 57 | | Package Type Name | Box | | Pattern | Solid | | Recommended Uses For Product | Adult Diapers | | Reusability | Disposable | | Size | S/M (Pack of 57) | | Target Audience | Women | | UPC | 037000927358 | | Unit Count | 57 count | ## Product Details - **Age range (description):** Adult - **Brand:** Always Discreet - **Colour:** Purple - **Incontinence protector type:** Adult Diaper - **Material:** Cotton - **Material Type Free:** Alcohol Free - **Number of items:** 57 - **Reusability:** Disposable - **Size:** S/M (Pack of 57) - **Unit count:** 57 count ## Images ![Always Discreet Incontinence & Postpartum Underwear for Women, Disposable, Maximum Absorbency, Small/Medium, 57 Count (Packaging May Vary) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71YjILSdwTL.jpg) ![Always Discreet Incontinence & Postpartum Underwear for Women, Disposable, Maximum Absorbency, Small/Medium, 57 Count (Packaging May Vary) - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71zYiXuK0OL.jpg) ![Always Discreet Incontinence & Postpartum Underwear for Women, Disposable, Maximum Absorbency, Small/Medium, 57 Count (Packaging May Vary) - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71uqk1N3a3L.jpg) ![Always Discreet Incontinence & Postpartum Underwear for Women, Disposable, Maximum Absorbency, Small/Medium, 57 Count (Packaging May Vary) - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51zDX3puOOL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size, Number Of Items** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent *by M***. on 25 April 2026* Excellent fit and leak proof.
