Decent salami but no better than what I get locally and not as good as some (DeLallos). Needs to be sliced very thin to be used in sandwiches, which my slicer doesn't do. Made the mistake of wrapping tightly in plastic in fridge and went moldy. My fault: should be stored without wrap.
