Spend your money on something else *by E***N on 11 August 2020* When it worked, it was OK. Very quirky, needed repeated signing in and out of my phone. I liked the cam which kind of follows you round the room and it was good for video calls. Then, after 4 months, it died. Too late for a return via Amazon. So contacted Portal Support. Told they would send a postage label within 2 working days to return it for repair or replacement. After a week with no label, requested again. Same outcome. And again. Same outcome. Then wrote a review about the crappy device and Sony contacted me offering to send me a new power cable. Which didn't come. And seems to be making its way to some place in the US instead of to me. So another interaction with Portal support for the replacement cable. After a month with a dead device I'm still waiting.
