I really liked this about them, as I did not find this result in the regular cheddar box I had also ordered; the regular cheddar ones were a bit greasy, but they also felt thicker than the white cheddar ones. So far as taste goes, these are of a high quality. They actually taste as if I'd dried and grated a block of white cheddar and made my own. I have made my own before, so I do know this aspect of taste testing them. They had a nice sharp bit, without being overwhelming. The after taste is also pleasant. Cheez-its are more crispy, yet fluffy and have a more cheesy flavors. These work in a pinch and are a great price.
