I ordered this ring to have as a keepsake for myself and my daughter who is 5. I ordered it with both of our birthstones and on one side it said my name and on the other it had hers. I received the ring and when I opened it, I did immediately notice that it looked dull and oily. But, I wiped it off and it was okay so I brushed that off; I mean after all, it's not like it's a ring that cost hundreds of dollars. It fit well which was nice. My daughter loved it and I did like it. It felt nice having something on that could always remind me of our bond. But, sadly I had it on less than 18 hours and my finger turned green/blackish... Not just a little bit either; but a large very visible circle of discolored skin where the ring was. It was very clear that the ring is fake. I took the ring off and within a couple of hours The discoloration was gone. 😑So, again it is obvious that the ring is NOT sterling silver; it is FAKE. Not only is it not worth the money; it's not even worth the time looking into it. The engraving is what impressed me most. I also had engraving done inside the ring, which I really appreciated. After only two weeks or less, the black in the engraving is disappearing. I'm so sad about this as it was my favorite part. The stones are nice and the ring is just as it promised. The service was very good, and I received prompt and wonderful service with an email I sent about the engraving. The price is good too. Delivery was as promised.
