When i did this replacement it initially leaked, but when i tracked down the leak and realized it was the threads between the filter and the carburetor it was an easy fix with a strip of teflon tape. I highly recommend this carburator. I also highly recommend replacing the auto choke with an electric version. An electric choke is way better than the exhaust gas tube version this carburator has on it. Also, all the adjustments work exactly as they should. ### ⭐ Leaking from the Start *by M***L on March 17, 2025* Like many others, I must have received a bad unit. I was missing multiple check balls, and the soft supple gasket for the float seat was little more than red paint.
