Upon removing the bike it was found that both the RackStand and rear tire were bent, rendering bike inoperable. Seller allowed me to return the bike in exchange for a new one. 2 weeks later the new one arrived, with another very large hole in the box. This time the locking mechanism that holds the bike together during use was severely bent, rending the bike inoperable. For the price this bike costs this is absolutely inexcusable.Do not purchase this bike. Both the manufacturer and seller are incapable for shipping this bike in a secure and safe manner. Both of the two bikes I was able to look at were severely damaged and inoperable. Save your money and buy a normal bike from a normal bike shop. However, it was supposed to have shipped with a stainless water bottle and that was not in the shipment.
