With this kit you can charge 2 batteries, and the the battery that is in the gopro all at once. My only complaint is that with the completely sealed gopro cases & backdoor the unit gets VERY hot and the unit has gotten so hot it shut off on me the case actually swelled up after long periods of recording(around 1 hour). I would bet that if you were using the sealed case & backdoor with these batteries in the water it would not get that hot. I put the open backdoor that came with my viewing screen backpack and it doesn't get near as hot.
