I recently bought this cable and it came ripped, the outer layer was torn and there was cuts into the middle of the wire, I was disappointed to say the least. However, I emailed Anker and within a fortnight they emailed me saying they will ship me a replacement wire. This exceptional customer service is why I continue to purchase Anker products.
