Shipped promptly. It was super easy to set up (and comes with a screwdriver and wrench and 6 screws so you have one extra in case you lose one). Set up took 5 minutes or less. It also comes with a silicone brush, which is great for spreading your epoxy on your cups. I tend to use a gloved hand instead, but it's personal preference. I like this turner because it's quiet, it has a longer cord than other turners I have purchased that are similar. I like the heavy duty attachment from the pipe to the turner. It is firm and strong and not going anywhere (not unscrewing). The price was great! The white pvc pipe that holds the cup was a little longer than the other turners I have that are similar - which I like because it allows for more room between the top edge of the cup and the black bar the pipe sits on top of. This turner did come with a pool noodle-type of foam holder. I prefer the Dollar Tree footballs as they are more squishy and size better to the fit of a tapered cup, again personal preference. Overall this is a great turner, spins both directions and quietly with an on/off switch, the cord is longer than average which is great for where I have it set up, and the extra silicone brush was a nice addition to the kit. If you are in the market for a cup turner, and you don't feel like building your own with microwave motors and rotisserie kits, this is your goto cup turner. The noodle needs to be replaced. Super light weight I recommend screwing it down to a table or heavy board.am giving this turner 4 stars. I have had it less than 24 hrs.. so this is what I have come up with so far. It is a great turner. It has very minimal sound coming from it.( quieter than my other one). Light weight so I can move it anywhere to work on a cup.( I like this idea very much.. I have my supplies strung out everywhere it seems like). The noodle it comes with seems to be great for 30 oz cups and a low ball. I tried to fit a 20 oz as well as a kid cup (i believe 14 oz) but those did not fit. This is the reason i took off 1 star.. but i will just make arms with smaller noodles to fit, which shouldnt be a problem since i already have everything to do it or just take of the noodle it came with and slide on a smaller noodle. I'm very satisfied with this turner and will buy another in the future when i get more room to craft! It also was super fast shipping.
