The ear pads had seen better days. I did not want to replace my QC35 given the steep price of the latest Bose QC headphones. My headphones battery life is still very good and my headphones are in good condition. These new ear pads are excellent. They are very easy to replace just follow their online video. The pads are very comfortable and ANC is now better as these pads are a little thicker. They feel a little firm but I believe they will soften over time.
