I have already bought this upgrade but had an issue and just need to replace the print side** A: Not that I know of. I think they want you to replace both. I found that by using different style PEI plates they do not always line up correctly but not enough to cause an issue. **Q: Do you have to use a Z spacer on a monoprice select mini with this build plate?** A: I measured the FYSETC magnetic sheet and build surface combined thickness as 1.9 mm. On my Select Mini V1 the bed screws have enough adjustment that I did not require a Z spacer. There are several Z spacer designs on Thingiverse - it would be cheap insurance to print one out before this upgrade. **Q: I use pla+ (esun) filament and it will not stick to my plate. my temperatures are 215 and 70. what can i try? After looking at some of the fancier options I settled on this one and boy was I impressed. Instant adhesion after applying the pad on and releveling the build surface.Removing of the prints was a bit tricky due to how well it stuck on! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easily removable, solid bed adhesion without glue *by A***R on December 3, 2024* On my Monoprice Select Mini V1, this has greatly improved my willingness to use my printer (rather than travel to the local makerspace), because I'm no longer have to struggle with removing overly stuck-on prints or dealing with partially failed prints.
