This dvd really accelerates your heart beats, when you think you cannot continue she gives you a sort of "oasis" to catch your breath and then you are ready to go on and on...
Review: fine for a beginner - I couldn't get my heart rate up at all with this one. I think it would be good for someone who hasn't worked out for as many years as I have. I also got a bit tired of her telling me how excited she was.

I couldn't get my heart rate up at all with this one. I think it would be good for someone who hasn't worked out for as many years as I have. I also got a bit tired of her telling me how excited she was.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Challenging!

This is a comprehensive workout. It's the hardest workout I am now doing - and I'm doing a lot. You really get your money's worth here. Don't know if it's because it's new to me or what but I'm glad to add it to my circuit. I recommend it for anyone who is a novice exerciser and looking for a challenge. You can break it down but it's nice to have the option to really go for it and do the entire workout. I bought the valslides but you can use this as the other product is very similar.
