The "Touch" power is activated by simply touching the heat sensor buttons with your finger. This function allows the recliner mechanism to smoothly adjust to its recline position.

    AMAZON SHOULD HAVE TO SEND US THE REAL ITEM!!!

If I could give less than one star I would. My parents and I purchased 2 of these "chairs" expecting they would send chairs as in the description. In an email confirmation from way fair it shows that the orders are not "chairs" but "cervical pillows" . Extremely unhappy family, I enclosed a photo of the original ad for the chairs because I am sure it will be changed.
