Review: Plug and Play - Installed this on my 2005 Ram 2500 yesterday. I also used the Rough Country front bumper bracket kit. The light bar fits nicely into the empty slot of the front bumper between the tow hooks. While the light bar itself is fairly simple to install on the brackets with the provided hardware, Dodge DID NOT make it easy to remove the tow hooks...Which is necessary in order to place the brackets. This was by far the most challenging and frustrating part of the process. After a couple hours of testing my patience, I was able to get it done without removing the front bumper or any other components. If you have this truck and are looking to do this install, I'd recommend using an impact wrench (and other various sockets, adapters, wrenches, etc.). I don't think I could've done it without one. If there would've been adequate space to get to the nuts and bolts, this would've been a 30 minute - 1 hr job in total. Anyway, after the light was finally in place, the wiring was pretty simple. Just attach the positive and negative wires to your battery. I removed the blank-off cover at the firewall and notched it with a hand saw to allow the switch wires to pass through the fire wall. This little blank-off cover is held in place with two 15mm hex nuts inside the cabin, underneath the steering column. It's actually the pass-thru location for the clutch if you have a 6 speed. There was plenty of cable left over, so I zip tied the excess cable and harness near the battery and fuse box. Now that everything is done, the light is very bright. I like the clean look it adds to my truck. Again, the install would've been much shorter and simple if it weren't for the space issues on my '05 Ram. Nice product.

A: Can't remember but I had about 1feet left after I installed in my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500

**Q: Is this kit compatible with 2015 Jeep Wrangler jk?**
A: Yes it will fit a Jeep Jk, you will need the mounting brackets for where you are going to install.

**Q: What is the spacing between the bolt holes in the mounting bracket it comes with? I am replacing an existing light bar with holes already drilled.**
A: I don't remember and I sold the vehicle that I mounted it to you may be able to call Rough Country and they should be able to give you those measurements

Installed this on my 2005 Ram 2500 yesterday. I also used the Rough Country front bumper bracket kit. The light bar fits nicely into the empty slot of the front bumper between the tow hooks. While the light bar itself is fairly simple to install on the brackets with the provided hardware, Dodge DID NOT make it easy to remove the tow hooks...Which is necessary in order to place the brackets. This was by far the most challenging and frustrating part of the process. After a couple hours of testing my patience, I was able to get it done without removing the front bumper or any other components. If you have this truck and are looking to do this install, I'd recommend using an impact wrench (and other various sockets, adapters, wrenches, etc.). I don't think I could've done it without one.
