I was worried the cookies would be ruined, but because I left them in the box and didn’t take them out, the remained fully covered (although not pretty to look at for sure lol). I’ve had similar “cookies”, different brands....and they were ok. Some had very thick layers of chocolate and thick wafers....others were very thin. These rolled wafers are just perfect!! Just enough chocolate, the wafer is the right amount of thickness and crispness. My husband and I are both diabetic, and don’t eat much sweets because of the carb/sugar content- but these are perfect. We both like them with our coffee. An after dinner dessert. Anytime really. Yes they are a bit pricey but you’re not supposed to eat the whole box (although very tempting!!) in one sitting. If you like chocolate, or white chocolate and coconut....you will like these. I believe it was three days later and low and behold my Biscolata had arrived. I quickly opened the package and removed one of the treats and gave it a try. I savored each bite and said yum...yum and finished the first pack. The only problem I sensed was the urge to eat the whole pack on the spot. I received my first box three days ago and within hours of opening, the entire box was eaten by the fam. So good, much better than a normal roll wafer or even any store bought cookies for that matter. It is crunchy and smooth, and chocolate. Just to die for at any price. This is my second box and I ordered the multiple flavor pack as well. Yes there is dark and white chocolate.
