Product description The performer displays a small walnut box with a die sealed within. The die can be seen through the clear acrylic top. A spectator is asked to try and change the uppermost number on the die by shaking the box, which he soon finds is impossible. The performer then asks the spectator to choose a number between 1 and 6. "If you were Badland's Bob, which number would you have choosen?" The box is simply pushed toward the spectator and lo and behold, the uppermost number now matches the spectator's selected number!

Review: Not sure why the negative reviews… - This is a fabulous, effective and EASY magic trick. I’m not sure what other people aren’t getting with this??? The instructions are straight forward, and after understanding the trick, you can master it (with absolutely ZERO “magic” experience) within about 15 minutes. My 6 year old was able to master it with simple math. As long as you know how a dice is constructed, this is incredibly easy. My only complaint is that the gimmick is a bit cheap, but you can easily buy a better one (from any magic shop) for $20. Totally worth the money.

This is a fabulous, effective and EASY magic trick. I’m not sure what other people aren’t getting with this??? The instructions are straight forward, and after understanding the trick, you can master it (with absolutely ZERO “magic” experience) within about 15 minutes. My 6 year old was able to master it with simple math. As long as you know how a dice is constructed, this is incredibly easy. My only complaint is that the gimmick is a bit cheap, but you can easily buy a better one (from any magic shop) for $20. Totally worth the money.

The BEST magic trick gimmick I ever bought. Why? Because it is nice wood made, you can take with you, perform the trick anywhere and looks good, like it's not a plastic child toy, it's a adult wood kind thing, the die rolls ok, the attached gimmick works, accually you can use a PK ring also to perform the trick with the die, so I get a lot of compliments when I do the trick because people can't realize how I do! The instructions make perfect sense... but only to the yo-yo who wrote and drew them. Wording is ambiguous and easily misunderstood, or maybe it's just plain WRONG. The two illustrations are not labeled clearly at all. No wonder so many purchasers say they finally fiddled with the trick until they got the hang of it. Plus, the "secret mark" that's the key to the thing was missing on mine. Me, I'm still fiddling.
