I have not used this item yet.  I do want to say that looking at the photo it looks as if this product comes with a fleece type of cover.  It does not.  It is just a plastic covering ghat when heated or cooled will have to be wrapped in a towel or cloth prior to placing against skin or clothing.  Therefore it’s getting 1 star.  Buyer beware.

I like the size good for neck/shoulders & small of back. It doesn’t stay cold as long as it should. Worried how the gel inside will hold up it thicker than the last one I purchased and fear it may clump up (got one as a gift with this gel, it clumped. On a high note the material it’s made of is sturdy and won’t have leaks. All in all good product

Stays hot or cold longer than any product I have used in years.  Somewhat heavy making it necessary for tis 80 year old to sit or lie down.  Great purchase for me.
