Now with that being said, trying to spoon it out of the jar, then put it into her kibble is a mess unless your gonna hold the spoon for your pup or dip your fingers in to push it out of the spoon. Now I melt it into a glass measuring cup, pour into the silicone molds and refrigerate / freeze. Once the coconut has re-solidified I put it into a freezer safe (BPA Free) container and pull out one piece for daily use. If I do two rounds I have enough to save for a month of use and won't need more til next month. Or I could just go bonkers and do more, but I don't really see a need to.Note: If your interested in giving your dog coconut oil to supplement their coat / help avoid itching. The recommendations I've seen online is one teaspoon per ten pounds but check with your vet!Update 8/12/16 - Still loving this silicone mold. I've been eating eggs daily but I'm only using the egg whites. I'll put the yolk in this mold and throw it into the freezer and it will pop out so easily. You can keep the egg yolk around until you have a recipe that needs it, but you don't want to use a full egg when you only need the yolk. I also freeze coconut milk with it for my leave in hair conditioner. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love It ~ Freshware SM-100RD 15-Cavity Silicone Mini Half *by E***L on Reviewed in the United States on June 22, 2016* I purchased as titled on Amazon the "Freshware SM-100RD 15-Cavity Silicone Mini Half Sphere Chocolate, Candy and Gummy Mold" for $7.99 at the "add on item" price which I thought was a good deal. It was hard for me to tell what size the spheres held & I actually found that information from another site but it cost a lot more there. This 15 Cavity mold here holds perfectly 1 tablespoon measurement with leaving just a tiny slight room at the top and I mean tiny so it's perfect for a little expansion if you freeze something in it. I purchased this for a specific recipe. I froze pureed raspberries in this mold to use in the center of an individual single serving sized dessert so when it defrosted and you cut open the desert it would ooze out raspberry puree. I placed the mold on a half cookie sheet in the freezer and it froze up great and the half spheres popped out with total ease. I'm very happy with this purchase! I hope this review was helpful. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does the job wonderfully! *by M***S on Reviewed in the United States on December 16, 2011* Maybe I'm just biased from having made plenty of 'miniature' desserts for events, or from assuming that the donuts commonly found in shops like Dunkin' are large sized, rather than standard, but this pan more than suited my needs.The donuts that it produces are bite-sized, akin to the size of a 'mini-cupcake' that you might find in stores, or used in cake lollipops. Depending on the recipe you use, they do puff up a bit, and the ones that I made were a little over an inch and a half in diameter, as described, and able to be eaten in a couple bites. (If I make a circle with my middle finger and thumb, that would be about the right size, though I admittedly don't have the biggest hands.)The silicone was actually great, in that donuts cooked evenly, and once they were done, a quick twist of the pan popped them right onto the plate. Obviously, if you're looking to make donuts to fill up a full meal, check for a larger cavity size, with fewer donuts per pan. That said, if you want MINI donuts, in a size that would be better for snacking or sharing, don't let the negative comments dissuade you.
