Review: Excellent pressure cooker recipes! - This has quickly become my favorite recipe book. I have it on soft copy so I can use my tablet in my kitchen. I got my Instant Pot for Christmas and have never used a pressure cooker other than canning. When I started looking through this, I was amazed by the great looking recipes. I have tried many any the recipes are spot on with spices for my family. Cooking times seem to be spot on too. Review: Good recipes; bad format - Having just purchased an Insta-Pot, I thought it might be nice to have a cookbook to go along with it. I chose this one and now I regret it. The recipes are pretty good, if a tad basic (which is what I was looking for). Too many cookbooks had weird food combos that I knew my meat-and-potatoes hubby wouldn't eat. This one has simple fare that can be tweaked to our tastes. The problem is the format. The font is small and blurry, and it will not enlarge on my Kindle HDX. What you see is what you get... period. No font changes, zooming, etc. Ugh, it is a pain to read at best, and a deal-breaker for me. I will be purchasing a different cookbook for my appliance and relegating this one to the "oh well, I learned a lesson" pile. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Best Sellers Rank | #9,502,786 in Books ( See Top 100 in Books ) #1,788 in Pressure Cooker Recipes #58,530 in Culinary Arts & Techniques (Books) | | Customer Reviews | 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars (519) | | Dimensions | 7.75 x 0.5 x 9.5 inches | | ISBN-10 | 1511937629 | | ISBN-13 | 978-1511937627 | | Item Weight | 12 ounces | | Language | English | | Print length | 227 pages | | Publication date | April 27, 2015 | | Publisher | Createspace Independent Pub | ## Images ![The Instant Pot Pressure Cooker Cookbook: 101 Incredible Recipes for Busy Families! - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71AUuZ2jOBL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent pressure cooker recipes! *by M***N on April 14, 2016* This has quickly become my favorite recipe book. It also has recipes for every function of the pot, not only the pressure cooker but the slow cooker, the rice setting and steam. This is nice for a beginner as you learn about your pot. Most of the ingredients are what you are probably used to, although there were some I won't use such as the veal. The recipes are also in larger print so easier to see when using. The one thing I can think of that would really make is better is a spiral or lay flat binding. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/16058537-the-instant-pot-pressure-cooker-cookbook-101-incredible-recipes-busy](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/16058537-the-instant-pot-pressure-cooker-cookbook-101-incredible-recipes-busy) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
