Handy for jotting down notes, measurements, etc. Great for writing down MAC and IP addresses when adding stuff to home networking, too. Anything you don't need to keep. Didn’t realize rainbow wasn’t referring to the variety pack and meant the writing was rainbow while the other choices it meant the board color. Since I cannot speak and lost my other writing board I ordered this one quickly. Unfortunately with the rainbow colors people have to grab the board to be able to read it because some words are dark blue on black.
