Without it we just wouldn't be alive, plain and simple.*** Pro's ***- This bottle is completely impossible to prevent water from leaking when it has properly been screwed on- Contains a ton of water in a lightweight option this helps the bottle from holding damage and from being to heavy- The bottle is hard to damage*** Con’s ***- The bottle is hard to damage but if it is, it will form dents or cuts so it's best to keep it out of harms way- The bottle is only made for water, putting over things like protein shakes in it could damage the bottleIn conclusion, the bottle is amazing for holding water and keeping yourself at a healthy water percentage, without water the body starts to shut down so it is a good idea for you to keep the levels up. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good quality *by C***S on 10 August 2019* I recently received this bottle and it is absolutely perfect!
