I haven't worn a wig in a long time, but I do not remember any of my wigs having hooks to make the cap smaller.Also, there is more hair at the top which I preferred to thin out with thinning shears. The skin top feature makes this part of the wig thicker and contributes to a "wig look." I also trimmed the bottom, since it flipped up too much (my neck is not as long as the mannekin's), as well as the bangs because the hair was covering my eyes.All that said, I am happy with the outcome and will wear it on days when my own hair (which I am growing out of a short cut) is too much of a hassle to deal with. I took a chance ordering from Magic Wig World as there were so many negative reviews on their wigs, but in this case their presentation is accurate and the quality is very good....and the price is very reasonable. ### ⭐ Don't waste your money.
