I bought this for a spare tire for a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan

A: No. It does not come with a pressure-sensing valve stem. Your garage/mechanic can provide this; however, if it is to be used as a spare ( a fifth tire carried in the vehicle) then the car's pressure-sensing system may detect it's presence, which might confuse the alarm system. Check with your tire-mounting mechanic.

I think these are meant for a town & country or grand caravan but they actually work well for a Chrysler Pacifica 2017+ minivan too. They are a bit narrower than stock Pacifica wheels but I put winter tires on which benefit from a narrower profile anyway.
