We use this unit in our food truck. the ice blocks stay cold for a few hours but this does not mean that the containers contents will stay cold the entire time. overall it looks very nice, does hold enough contents for a moderately busy setup, and the ice block holder is a bonus over those units that do not. would recommend for those who have size constraints or those who can not spend the money on an electric unit.

This cold packs that were included to keep the items cold did not work as well as I had hoped, but I substituted blue ice packs or added blue ice packs to the cold ice packs and that worked well.

These are great. We use it to hold our toppings for a salad bar and they keep our vegetables crisp and cold for more than 8 hours. Wish they weren’t so overpriced. I’m sure someone can hack the non-chilled units because it’s literally small ice packs below the bins.
