I was pleasantly surprised at how sturdy and well made this Banneton is. I seasoned it with a spray of water and generous dusting of flour. Before proofing m sourdough loaf..I sprinkled in rice flour. Absolutely no sticking and nice marks on my loaf. I believe this little basket will last a very long time. I recommend with no hesitation.
