This product (when rinsed out and cleaned) can be put into your recycling bin just like the likes of PET bottles and can then remade into into such items as rubbish bins, paneling, furniture, flooring and bubble wrap etc. I hope this helps explain. **Q: Has anyone used them for piping sausage meat for sausage rolls ???** A: Yes, always so much quicker and no need to use any more flour. I have used all sizes metal and plastic and they have been great. I use a lot of them for baking and these have been some of the strongest and most reliable I have tried. They feel sturdy in the hand, do not split under pressure and hold their shape well even when filled with firmer buttercream or choux pastry. The 21 inch size is very generous which makes them perfect for large batches. I can fill one bag and get through a whole tray without needing to stop and refill which saves so much time. They also work nicely with both large and small nozzles and cut cleanly without tearing. I really like that they are fully recyclable. It feels good to have a more responsible option when going through so many. The box of 100 is great value and will keep me going for a while. A very good set of piping bags for anyone who bakes regularly. Strong, convenient and dependable.
