All in all the thumb screws helped in tightening the clamps enough to not come off in cold temperatures and high winds. Review: Work great! - These worked great holding the plastic tarp on my shelterlogic shed. Once the roof wore out i needed another option. The plastic I bought wasn’t great as far as durability but with these clips i was able to roll a shirt piece of rope in the edge of the plastic cover and clip these right on and tie it securely. No issues with ripping yet and it’s been a few windy winter months.
