It is more like a sticker. As with my other decals, I expected each letter to be a separate cut. However, with this, most of the letters or words are grouped as one sticker with clear vinyl or plastic behind them. The application method described in the video does not work for this "decal" because it does not come with a transfer sheet (probably because this is not a traditional decal). The only way to install is to peel and stick. I gave it three stars because others may not be bothered by this, but I was.
