Read all the great reviews and decided to purchase. 1. The on/off switch is miniscule. 2. The voice alert is slow, have to keep switching it on and off. 3. If I lose a call, there is no voice notification. 4. Distortion to phone call recipient. 5. Constantly digitizes voice of caller. 6. Attaching charger to headset is major pain the the rear. I had to rip off the rubber gasket, because it is nearly impossible to open and keep it open while attaching the cord. 7. Odd angle of charger input also makes it difficult to insert. 8. Three month warranty.I paid four times the amount for this headset for lesser quality.I have owned the cheaper versions of these and NOT ONE had as many issues as this headset. Whatever you do, DON't buy these! I purchased the headphones for a friend who spends a lot of time on the road for work. The look and design are nice,very lightweight; but in less than a month the left side stopped working. Luckily I was able to still return/exchange for another. I requested to exchange. The new pair came in 2 days (thanks to prime). Gave my friend the new set thinking that the first set was just bad. NOPE. Less than 2 weeks and my friend contacted me saying the same thing happened again. Embarrassed I apologize and tried to return the last set. Unfortunately it was after the return window so I was stuck with a half working set. Into the trash they went with my money.
