When heated melts and forms a permanent bond on any asphalt, concrete or masonry pavement surface. The neat, waterproof seal can be immediately top coated with seal coating if required. EWT Joint is designed to resist water penetration into a seam/crack. But a crack must be filled prior to “overbanding”.
