Review: Lightweight but perfectly moisturizing! - I was introduced to Murad products through facials at Massage Envy Spa, and it has now become my daily, nighttime go to moisturizer. My favorite thing about this product is that it is so smooth and lightweight, it absorbs right into my skin and I can't even feel I'm wearing it. I hate when a moisturizer feels heavy or greasy at all, you know? I have very sensitive skin, so I also love that this product is very gentle, little to no fragrance, so no breakouts or irritation from any of Murad's line for me. It seems to calm and soften my skin with every use. I also LOVE that they do not test on animals. The only downside for me is the price for the volume. I am on a budget, so it's a little rough for me, so I tried to find something similar, but there is literally nothing on the market I have come across even close to this, so I am willing to shell out the cash for such an amazing product!
Review: A godsend for people who think every moisturizer causes breakouts! - I have acne that I have been able to get modest control of with prescription topical products (benzoyl peroxide in the morning and adapalene at night). They're both fairly drying products and even though I lived in a very humid place I knew how important moisturizing is. I tried perhaps half a dozen moisturizers that said "non-comedogenic" and even medicated ones and no matter whether I used a little or a lot, I ended up looking like a grease bomb and my acne ALWAYS ALWAYS flared. So I stopped using any moisturizer at all. I moved to a much drier, colder climate 2 months ago and my face couldn't withstand it. Flaky, tight, terrible. Tried aveeno again, and even in this dry weather ended up greasy with a bad acne flare. Enter Murad skin perfecting lotion. What a wonderful thing! I bought it because of the good reviews on desertcart and it hasn't disappointed. This is the ONLY moisturizer I have ever used that has helped keep my skin acne free. It makes my skin REALLY smooth, HYDRATED and soft with NO grease (climate helps too but I'm sure none of the other products would've worked like this). Cons: don't use after applying adapalene at night. wait about 5 min if you're applying after benzoyl peroxide (retinol + benzoyl stings). It will NOT clear acne but it does NOT cause breakouts. It takes about 13 hours of not washing my face (or any slight thing) to make me erupt in pimples so if I haven't, trust me, it's truly non-comedogenic.

I was introduced to Murad products through facials at Massage Envy Spa, and it has now become my daily, nighttime go to moisturizer. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's just perfect in every way

I am absolutely addicted to this moisterizer and go thru two tubes a month at least. It's just perfect in every way. It's light, goes on well and when added to foundation it is easy to blend in. I use morning and night after the Murad cleansers. It's not a heavy moisterizer, so if you have super dry skin it doesn't help immediately. However, if you use it religiously your skin becomes more even and consistent. I even use it under my eyes and on my eyelids when they start to get a little dry and it works great. I use Refissa Retin-A at night after application of this and there is no gunk or balled up mess like I had with other moisturizers. It keeps my skin from flaking when dry and holds up well all day. It beats any moisterizer out there in my opinion and I have tried almost every single brand. It doesn't smell like the Estée Lauder moisterizers do, but it works a million times better. Came packed in original box, undamaged and sealed. Buying again and again.
