I figured it couldn't hurt to try them since we could return them if we decided. However, we are happy with the chairs. See our pros and cons below. Thanks.1. fairly sturdy materials.2. fairly comfortable, especially after you break it in some3. easy setup, especially if you have used this type chair before (not it does require a little strength and a good angle for leverage.)4. Stays together nicely5. Fairly stable for the type of chair it is (don't fall into the chair, it is not your recliner, know its a camping/backpacking type chair)6. packs decent7. OK weight. Could be better w/ minor changes8. Price for two pack is good compared to many companiesCons:1. It could be lighter or offer a lighter version. The Polyester and nylon are thick. Good for portly folks, but it ads weight. I'd like one made with a softer and lighter nylon like my original two legs chair. the old one still does 250, but conforms to your body better without pressure points2. Gets better with use, but initial the thicker materials make for a more rigid seats. It's hard to explain unless you've used this type off chair before, but it is rather taut.3. Not really a negative, just something to note about backpacking chairs. They cannot be treated like your recliner at home. You can't expect them to be perfectly rigid and allow you to fall into them and be careless. This chair is sturdy and strong, but remember, it's meant to be a lightweight outdoor chair that is easily transportable.4. If you are not as familiar with this type of chair, it may take you a bit to put together, but after you do it, it should be easy, but does require a little strength and leverage.5. Pockets are almost useless. They have an odd angle so your bottle hits you in the elbows and if you put a can in them, it would pour out on you. I don't care so much and am planning on cutting the pockets of to save weight. They should have made the pockets perpendicular and not leaning towards the horizon. Again, I don't mine too much and plan to eliminate them for less weight.I do recommend this chair for lightweight, easy transporting, good sturdiness for it's class and price.Backpackers: Weight saving idea- don't use the carrying case and cut off pockets (mostly useless). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great pair of chairs *by I***S on Reviewed in the United States on August 10, 2020* These super lightweight and easy to construct and de-construct chairs are fabulous. I've used them 3 times so far on three different surfaces.1) Great on sturdy grass!2) They are very good on sand, but they do sink in a bit and if you lean too far you'll sink and tip over. If you set them on the edge of your beach cover- this is less of an issue.3) Not great on a rocky sloped shoreline. Still better than sitting on rocks, but tippy and had to use our legs to dug in to keep them from taking us too far forward.They are so lightweight- I have them in my car and can pull them out and pop them together in a couple of minutes.note: they are so lightweight that if you are not sitting in them, they will blow over in a light wind and blow quite a distance in a heavy one.These are very affordable and I recommend them if you are getting to the age- that sitting on the ground for long periods of time, is no longer a comfortable option. ### ⭐⭐⭐ This chair is Work *by M***R on Reviewed in the United States on June 27, 2020* Imma be real here. This chair is a little more work than I anticipated to put together. When you take it out of the bag, it feels like just a bunch of sticks connected by elastics. You have to fit the tubing into the plastic connectors and then you have to stretch the seat over the sticks. It’s one of those things where if you’re going camping and the chair is going to be out for a few days it’s totally worth putting together, but if you’re just gonna be at the park for like 45 minutes you really got to think about whether you want to look ridiculous assembling all this tubing just to take it apart again. This seat is mostly comfortable, and a little bit wobbly. Would not recommend it for an overweight person.
