I am not that happy with having to put it on like a skirt, but it is comfortable and stays in place. The outer strap is tight, and sometimes slides up in front. I use this every day, and it is holding up in the few weeks I have had it. Update: I have had this less than a year, and it is starting to fall apart. I did wear this every day for the last 9 months. I thought I would get a different brand. Now, I wish I didn't. This is way less bulky and super comfortable when compared to the other. I also love the binding mechanism is hooks vs a velcro closing mechanism.
