## Overview

Sweet Potato Starch Noodles come in two 400g packs, offering a gluten-free, low GI, and vegan-friendly alternative to traditional noodles. Made from sweet potato starch and water, these versatile noodles can be used in a variety of dishes, making them a nutritious choice for health-conscious consumers.

## Description

SWEET POTATO STARCH NOODLES. Also known as sweet potato vermicelli or sweet potato glass noodles. It's an Oriental noodle made from sweet potato starch and has a thin, long, translucent structure with a chewy texture. The packs vary with 4-6 nests in each bag. COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Soak in hot salted water for 5-10 minutes. The longer the noodle is soaked, the softer the noodle will get. If you are going to stir fry the noodle after soaking, we recommend soaking only for a few minutes to soften as when you stir fry them, they will soften further. To infuse extra flavour into your noodles, soak in a stock of your choice. Drain and drizzle them with oil to minimise sticking. Allow to cool before adding to stir fry's and soups. PLEASE NOTE: Although these noodles don't contain gluten as an ingredient, they may be processed in a factory that produces foods containing gluten. Therefore they are NOT suitable for COELIACS.
