My dad, both of my grandparents, and previous generations before that, were born with multiple gifts. My Little brother and I can usually feel and see much of the same things at times. Unfortunately I never harnessed or evolved my abilities because at a young tender age I was constantly being attacked by not so great entities. It was all bad. So for such a long time, I've just shut it all off. A good chunk of these abilities stuck with me though. At times a few known dead appear in my dreams, at times I see more of other things like warnings about danger, or if say I need to adjust something about myself. When I'm depressed or feel emotionally drained, I would say that it's difficult for me to see things clearly. Reading people's emotions especially the ones that are a bit more negative is something I recently acquired. The hardest thing for me ever since I started to harness more and more these abilities at the present moment is that one can now see the reality for what it really is, and in the process has allowed me to see many things I never wanted to accept or the fact I had to say good bye to people that were no longer doing me any good in my life especially with friends.I've also developed a healthier spiritual part of me. I have a much better appreciation of so many people as well as for those that have passed on. I still need a lot to work on but so far it seems amazing. I don't regret ignoring this when I was a kid as I just wasn't ready for it. But I feel a bit more ready now. It's helped me understand people a lot more but also given me a whole new perception to my existence. It's true. Mia Rose is correct. You need to have patience. It's almost like waiting to catch a fish. When I get a good vision, I have to make myself aware of it so that I can explore more the dream. And when I wake up, I do the research. Some are more blunt and obvious. Others need a bit more work and deciphering. I recommend this book for those curious, the novices, or as a reference. As far as the tingling sensations, I've learned to pay attention to those as it may mean there's a spirit present ready to communicate or a sense I need to prepared to know what ability to use and get ready for what's coming. Good thing it was only a few bucks... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The most insightful book in this subject *by M***E on Reviewed in the United States on July 26, 2015* I have to give this book 5 stars. Only because it truly deserve s it. This subject has always been in my life. I'm untrained and constantly feel like I'm in the dark. With constant incidents in my life that, I know I need some sort of training. I'm ALWAYS downloading books on the matter and have made just a little bit of progress. I've never felt I am understanding them correctly. I've made some progress in meditating and it seems I can put myself in that state easier as time goes by. My life is a bit of a mess right now with what I feel is mental instability. This book opened my eyes and explained a lot of the things I recognize in my life right now. Mia Rose explained things in a way that I was able to understand. You can read this book in one sitting. It hits on EVERYTHING you need to know. It explained my headaches, insomnia and the bouts of depression that seem to hit me so unexpectedly. AND....she writes how to deal with this. When I finished reading it....I gave a long long sigh of relief. I honestly think this book is my salvation. The vision I had the other night of jagged rocks rising out of a storming sea was quite upsetting....finally...a way to deal.
