The mousse version dried super fast, and I used the dark version and it was instantly tan. I could smooth out the areas to avoid streaks by seeing the color tone as I spread it around. I washed my hands thoroughly to remove the tanner from turning them too dark. I had the best tan I have had in a very long time, and I have used many sunless tan products over the years. This one looked like a genuine tan, and lasted almost a whole week and still looked good at the end of the week. I did use lotion to keep my skin from getting too dry and to extend the life of the tan. This is now my go-to tanner. The price is decent too. I tried the face drops and they made my face break out, but I put the mousse on my face and haven’t had any problems with it. Hope this product stays around because I am now addicted to it. It’s really nice having a nice tan everyday!! 😊

It does take several hours to develop, so apply before going to sleep and you’ll wake up to a nice tan. It didn’t stain my sheets either.

**Q: Is this a buildable color or is it 1 shade no matter how often you use?**
A: Yes I believe if you would use it more often it would build on the color. I am light skinned and I apply once a week. They have a dark I use the medium. The foam application is the best!

**Q: Can u go swimming after applying?**
A: Swimming in chlorinated water can sometimes cause the colour to fade more quickly. If you do find your tan fading a little more quickly, we would suggest reapplying your preferred product every few days and keeping your skin moisturised - this will help with keeping you glowing for longer!

**Q: What is the best way to use this on the face**
A: Apply 1-12 and mix with your moisturizer!

**Q: Is this buildable color or is it more of a light tan?**
A: It wasn’t really light. I applied every few days on my legs to keep the color. It eventually wears off. I do like this tanner though. I will use it again this summer

I LOVE this tanner. Clear, so doesn't stain my clothes or sheets. Smells nice. The "dark" tanner gives a nice medium tan. (The final effect is not dark.) I first bought the "medium" one, but it barely did anything on my fair skin. (The medium would be good for winter when I would simply want the effect of NOT stark white.) The "dark" tanner gives me a nice medium tan on my very white legs that matches the medium/light tan on my arms. I do wear sunblock all summer when I'm playing sports or gardening, but my arms still get a bit tan from daily exposure. My legs don't see the light of day as often without sunblock, so they stay white unless I use a self tanner. The "dark" is perfect. I put it on with latex gloves, rubbed it in well and it didn't streak, and went on very evenly. (The latex gloves work well and don't soak up the tanner like the mitts do, so it makes the product last longer). I've tried a ton of self tanners over the years and this is THE BEST for me.
